A little clarity before the paint
Good questions are a good sign.
Here is what to expect from a new, artist-led sign company and a process built around collaboration.
General
What kinds of signs do you hand-paint?
We create custom hand-painted signs for businesses, organizations, events, and personal spaces. Depending on the project, that may include storefront signs, wall lettering, murals, dimensional or flat sign panels, directional signs, menu boards, and decorative pieces. Share the idea, location, and intended use, and we will help determine the right approach.
Can you help me develop the design?
Absolutely. Collaboration is central to our process. We can work from an existing logo or concept, or help shape the layout, lettering style, colors, and overall character from the ground up. You will have a chance to review and refine the direction before painting begins.
Where do you work, and can I inquire from outside Eustis?
We welcome inquiries from Eustis, Central Florida, and beyond. Design and planning can often be handled remotely, while travel, delivery, and on-site installation depend on the size, location, and access requirements of the project. Tell us where the sign will live, and we will let you know what is practical.
What surfaces and materials can be hand-painted?
Hand-painted sign work can be applied to many properly prepared surfaces, including wood, metal, masonry, walls, and purpose-built sign panels. The right paint system and preparation depend on the material, its condition, whether it is indoors or outdoors, and how it will be exposed. We review those details before recommending a solution.
How is pricing determined?
Each sign is quoted individually. Price is shaped by size, design complexity, lettering and illustration detail, surface preparation, materials, site access, travel, installation, and protective finishing. Send us the basic dimensions, location, photos of the surface, and any visual references you have, and we can build an informed proposal.
How long does a project take?
Timing varies with the design, scale, surface condition, approval process, and whether the work is completed in our shop or on site. Outdoor work may also be affected by weather. Once we understand the scope and the design direction is approved, we will provide a realistic schedule for your project.
Can I see examples of your sign work?
Eustis Good Sign Co. is a new venture, so our public sign-painting portfolio is still being built. That is the honest answer. The artists behind the company, however, are experienced professional painters with the control, color sense, and craftsmanship needed for detailed custom work. As completed sign projects become available, we will add them here.
